Community & Activities
Supporting young people to access their local community, take part in activities, develop hobbies and interests, build confidence and improve their social and communication skills.
Helping people maintain independence by providing practical and emotional support within their own homes and local communities.
Our Floating Support service provides individualised support for children and young people within their own homes and local communities.
Support can be provided on a 1:1 basis or with additional staffing where this is identified as necessary to safely and effectively meet the young person's needs.
Our Floating Support service is about much more than simply providing care. We work with young people and their families to understand what they want to achieve and build meaningful support around those outcomes.

We aim to build positive relationships with the whole family while always keeping the young person at the centre of the support we provide.
